Alison Miller is an Occupational Therapist with hands-on experience working with parents and neurodiverse teens. With 25 years in the field, she developed this program based on her extensive knowledge and clinical expertise.
Alison will be your guide throughout the program, providing structured course materials and direct coaching for you (and your teen, if they want to participate!). Her enthusiasm and passion, combined with practical step-by-step strategies, will empower you and your teen for greater freedom and confidence.

The 12-Week LaunchPAD program is for parents and teens together (or parents only, if your teen is not ready to participate). However, we are developing an 8-week course and coaching experience solely for neurodivergent teens as they build their independence.
